How often can you deactivate Instagram?
You can only deactivate or remove your Instagram account once a week. It does not allow users to deactivate their accounts more than once in 7 days so you can’t disable and reactivate your Instagram 2 times a week. And also you can’t disable the Instagram account before 1 week after disabled.
