Step 5: Now, go to com.facebook.orca “Cache” folder.

Step 6: Open that Cache folder and there is the “fb_temp” folder available. That is an important folder that contains the backup copies for your Facebook Messenger’s all data. Now you will be able to retrieve information of your fb groups and individual conversations that you had with the app.

Note: You can also open the file manager without having to use the file explorer app. Connect your phone and computer with the help of a USB cable and locate the com.facebook.orca folder and then find the “fb_temp” folder to retrieve your data.
